In the following, we explain which personal data are collected, processed and used when you visit our website (“https://shop.klueber.be/”) and when You place an order. This Privacy Statement applies to all users of the webshop, including registered account holders, customer administrators and visitors.

We process Your personal data in the context of our business relationship. Personal data are collected via the Klüber website when you provide it voluntarily to Us (e.g. as part of a registration (log-in), by sending e-mails, by ordering products, or when a customer administrator creates a user account for you (invitation)).

3.1 Purposes and legal basis

We process Your personal data in accordance with the GDPR, based on the legal basis and for the purposes mentioned below:

Performance of a contract – Management of orders with suppliers, services requested by subcontractors, client orders, delivery of products, invoices, and account;

Compliance with legal obligations – Management of invoices and accounting, and possible disputes related to business relations;

Our legitimate interest – Management of customer orders, improve the functioning of our website and services, internal reporting at Group level, and sending promotional content to business partners; and

Your consent – Sending promotional content to business partners.

We typically collect and process the following categories of data about  You:

• Contact details : e-mail, company, delivery/billing addresses, phone number;
• Transaction data: orders, invoices, payment details;
• Content of Our correspondence with You;
• Technical data: IP address, cookies, usage logs; and
• Any other personal information that You provide Us.

3.3 Disclosure to third parties

To guarantee high quality or effectiveness in the processing of your personal data, We may enter into contracts with third parties for them to perform this processing on our behalf and exclusively according to our instructions. Insofar as clients’ data is concerned for example, this can typically involve transport service providers or customs declarations of the persons in charge of ensuring the delivery of products.
