How do I create an account in the webshop?

To ensure security and proper order management, please follow these guidelines when creating your account:

  • Use a business email address linked to your company (e.g., firstname.lastname@company.com).
    Personal email addresses (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted.
  • Avoid generic or shared addresses (e.g., purchase@, store@, info@). Each account must be personal and identifiable.
  • Make sure the registered person is responsible for purchasing or order management.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them.
  • After registration, you must verify your access through our Central Identity Management System (CIMS) via email, phone, or SMS.

How can I add additional users to my account?

To invite new users to your webshop account:

  1. Go to “My Account” in the webshop menu.
  2. Select “Manage Users”.
  3. Click “Invite”.
  4. Enter the required details (name, business email address).
  5. Assign the appropriate role (e.g., Buyer, Administrator).
  6. Confirm the invitation – the new user will receive an email with access instructions.
  7. The new user must register in CIMS and verify their access.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer optimized shipping costs:

  • Order value ≥ €1,000: free shipping.
  • Order value < €1,000: shipping cost €15.

These conditions are applied automatically during checkout.

Can I schedule the shipment of my order?

Yes, our webshop now allows you to choose the delivery date for your goods.
During checkout:

  • Select your preferred shipping date.
  • Any additional requests (e.g., delivery instructions, time windows) can be entered in the “Comment” field.

You can save your cart to complete it later using the function:

Available on the cart page, this option helps you prepare orders in advance.
