Purposes of the Processing and Data Processed

We only process your personal data in the context of our business relationship and do not use it for other purposes.

We typically hold the following Personal Data about You:

• Content of Our correspondence with You;
• The website’s browsing data of unidentified users;

We do not carry out profiling or make automatic decisions on this basis. The data that we process on your Subject is, in the majority of cases, obtained from You or from another Freudenberg Group company. This data may likewise be collected when You browse Our website. For data processed based on Your consent, You can withdraw Your consent at any time by sending Us and e-mail sales@be.klueber.com or, if appropriate, by following the instructions provided for this purpose in the relevant communications.

 

Conservation of Your Personal Data

Generally speaking, Your Personal Data will be conserved for as long as is needed for the purposes set out above. In practice, this means that the majority of Your data with be held for a period of 10 years.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

To guarantee high quality or effectiveness in the processing of your Personal Data, We may enter into contracts with third parties for them to perform this processing on our behalf and exclusively according to our instructions. Insofar as clients’ data is concerned for example, this can typically involve transport service providers or customs declarations of the persons in charged of ensuring the delivery of products. When data is transferred to such service providers, the latter are bound by special agreements and are required to process Your Personal Data securely.

In this case, Klüber no longer processes Personal Data unless it demonstrates that there are legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing that prevail over Your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the ascertainment thereof, the exercise or defence of Your legal rights. Where Personal Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, You have the right to object at any time to the processing of Your Personal Data for such purposes.
